Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Dessert that actually helps your nervous system. No, really.

Avocado and cacao together are genuinely good for cortisol. Cacao is one of the richest food sources of magnesium, which most of us don't get enough of, and magnesium is directly tied to how well your body manages stress. Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Serves: 6 | Prep time:10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • ¼ cup cacao powder (unsweetened)

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve & enjoy!

Tip: Try adding a pinch of cinnamon for a deeper flavour.
