I help tired moms feel like themselves again through tiny gut health habits that stick.
You're doing everything right and still running on empty.
You slept eight hours and still woke up tired. You've tried cutting sugar, taking the vitamins, going to bed earlier. Nothing stuck, and honestly, you're starting to wonder if this is just what life feels like now.
It's not. Or at least it doesn’t have to be.
You're not broken and you're not just "a busy mom." Your body is telling you it needs something different, and the good news is it doesn't need an overhaul to start responding.
Small changes. Real energy.
The wellness industry has convinced us that feeling better requires suffering for it. Elimination diets, calorie tracking, waking up at 5am, doing all the things perfectly.
I don't believe that. I never did.
What actually moved the needle was learning how my gut was affecting my energy, my mood, and the way I showed up every single day, and then making a few embarrassingly small changes. Consistently. That was it.
If you want the shortcut, I have it. And I want to give it to you.
Hi, I'm Tammy
I used to give my daughter a cereal bar every day before daycare because I genuinely thought it was a healthy choice. I put my whole family on an extreme elimination diet that lasted about two weeks. There were so many days I was so exhausted I'd lie on the couch with my kids to watch movies and make it look intentional.
I wasn't lazy. I was running on empty and had no idea why.
When I finally figured out what my body actually needed, the shift came soon after that. A few tiny changes, done consistently. That was it. Now I read 51 books a year and drag my teenagers on hikes after a full day of work.
I can't get those days back with my kids when they were younger. But you still have time.
I'm here to give you the shortcut I wish someone had given me.
